3 Signs You’re Ambitious…But Still Lack Confidence

There’s a version of me most people will never believe existed. The woman who could crush a career goal without blinking…but would completely fold when it came to asking a man for what she wanted.

I could walk into a networking event full of business entrepreneurs and investors, charm their pants off (not literally), make difficult decisions in my own business and perform half naked in front of 100s of people at a show (remember I used to be a competitive pole dancer). Even if I was scared. Even if I felt intimidated. I still showed up.

But in dating, it was like all that confidence lived in a different body.

I was afraid to show the full depth of who I was. Afraid he’d think I was too much. Afraid of scaring him off. Afraid of being honest about what I needed.

It didn’t matter how ambitious I was or how many achievements I had, because confidence isn’t something you perform. It’s something you embody.

And that is the trap so many high-achieving women fall into.

We look confident.

We act confident.

We succeed like we are confident…

But inside, we feel something completely different. So I broke down this confidence gap into three clear signs that you’re working hard, but you don’t fully feel that confidence in your body yet.

Sign 1 – You overperform to feel good enough

You’re the reliable one, the woman who gets it done. But you stay busy and hyper-capable because it shields you from the fear of not being enough. It’s the high-achiever armor.

Sign 2 – Your body feels like an afterthought

You push through stress, override your signals, and disconnect just to keep up. Then you wonder why you don’t feel grounded, sensual, or confident anymore. Confidence doesn’t live in your head. It lives in your body.

Sign 3 – You look confident but you don’t actually trust yourself

The world sees you as strong, but inside you overthink, second-guess, and pull back in the moments that matter most. You perform power instead of feeling it.

Why this matters

Ambition without embodiment leads to burnout, overthinking and choosing things that don’t honor you. But when you’re connected to your body, everything shifts.

Your boundaries get clearer.
Your voice gets stronger.
Your presence becomes magnetic.

And this is exactly why I created Fierce Confidence™.

It’s for the woman who is tired of looking confident while feeling disconnected from herself.

It’s for the woman who wants her internal state to finally match her external life.

If you’re ready for confidence you can feel in your bones, take the next step and book a 15-minute Clarity Call with me. It’s complimentary and at the very least gives you clarity on where you’re at and what’s possible for you.

Your ambition got you here. Your embodiment will take you where you actually want to go.
