WHAT:
Fierce Confidence is an online 6-week course to help women liberate themselves from fear, shame and self-doubt so they can live life with full ownership over their value, sexuality and confidence.
Rachel is the fearless leader behind Studio Spin located in Lancaster, PA. She has taught sensual movement to 1000s of women over the course of a decade and a half. Her career as a movement instructor, studio owner and life experiences have led her to who she is today–an unstoppable woman who is passionate about helping women find their voice.

You’ll receive access to Module 1 on December 8, and each subsequent lesson will be delivered each week after that. This way, you can consume the content in your own time.

WHY FIERCE CONFIDENCE?
I created the The Fierce Confidence program because I see so many women struggling with toxic relationships, feeling unfulfilled in their careers and making harmful decisions. This program is the culmination of my own life’s journey to confidence, a 12-year teaching career and the desire to help women find their voice and own their value. One thing I’ve learned from my teaching career is that the root of all of these undesirable situations lies in a shame or fear story that was given to us–usually early on in our life.

About Rachel
Rachel Skye is a life coach and sensual movement teacher who helps women discover their own voice so that they can live life fully and fearlessly.
She has worked with female clients for 15 years teaching confidence through dance–10 of those years running her own dance studio in Lancaster, PA.
Aside from teaching pole dance, she enjoys social dancing with friends, reading, journaling and having great conversations with friends over dinner.

FAQs
This course is for women or female identifying ages 18 and over.
While you are welcome to enroll while you are currently working with a therapist, this program is not intended to be a replacement for therapy.
This course is not recommended if you are currently experiencing physical and/or emotional trauma and are not actively working with a licensed medical professional. If you are far enough along your journey of healing and are able to self-regulate when faced with a potential trigger, you are welcome to enroll.
This course is an investment into your well-being. Because your success in this program depends on the effort that you put into the exercises/journal prompts/questions given in each module, this program is non-refundable.
You will have access to all the materials in this program for six months from the date of initial purchase.
