Why Predators Avoid Women Who Stand Tall in Their Power

A student recently told me I have “tall energy.”

I laughed because I’m all of 4-foot-nothing. But I get it. The way I carry myself makes me feel like a f*cking Amazon woman!

Men on the street have literally told me they wouldn’t want to mess with me. And honestly…I take that as a compliment.😏

I can’t count the number of times my self-trust has literally kept me out of harm’s way. Because confidence changes how people perceive and respond to you.

Bullies, manipulators, and predators don’t usually go for the ones who stand tall in their power. They go for the ones who second-guess themselves, who hesitate, who apologize for taking up space. They sense self-doubt the way sharks sense blood.

And that’s why confidence isn’t just a sexy thing. It’s a vitality thing.

When your energy says “I trust myself,” it communicates “I’m not an easy target, bucko!”

This may surprise you, but I wasn’t always confident. I had to learn that sh*t the hard way—through a lot of mistakes, self-doubt, and lessons I’d rather not repeat.

👉 Here’s the truth, tigress: You don’t have to keep falling into the same patterns to build confidence.

I’ve developed a whole-ass framework to help women strengthen self-awareness and self-trust, without the chaos and crash course life usually throws at you.

That’s the kind of tall energy I want every woman to have.

The kind that doesn’t just look confident—it feels unshakable.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from that kind of embodied confidence, I’m opening my schedule for the next week to connect with 5 to 7 women for a free 15-minute Exploration Call.

Are You The Nice Girl Or The Bitch?

This week’s false belief that I’m myth busting is the belief that women are supposed to be nice. And if we’re not nice, we’re considered a bitch…which is bad.  I
