What it is

A monthly in-person gathering for women who are done shrinking, done waiting and done performing a version of themselves that’s easier for everyone else to handle.

Every month we go deep on one theme. Honest conversation. Embodied movement. The kind of raw, real talk that most rooms are too scared to make space for.

This is not a networking event. Not a book club. Not another thing you leave feeling vaguely inspired and completely unchanged.

It's a room full of women who are serious about getting out of their own way.

What to expect

    We open with a group introduction.

    A discussion question — the kind that cuts through the stories you've been telling yourself.

    Move your body

    Most women don't see this part coming. Understanding something in your head and feeling it in your body are two completely different things. The body is where the real shift happens.

  4. 04

    Close together

    Small groups before coming back together as a full room.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring water and a yoga mat (if you have one).
